Looking For Rapid Weight Loss?
Let’s face it, it’s just a few weeks fro that class reunion and you have just got to lose those last few pound.
How can you do this without endangering your health? With that said, rapid weight loss is something that can be accomplished. Do not beat yourself up if you have some weight to lose however. Are you aware that your rate of metabolism has an impact on the weight you are? It does. Individuals with slow metabolism have a more difficult time losing weight because more fat is stored. There are other people who suffer from hormonal imbalances.
You’re familiar with the mantra that you weigh too much because you don’t exercise enough and, of course, you eat too much of the things you shouldn’t eat and not enough of the things you do eat. Enough with the lectures.
That class reunion is coming up and that cocktail dress is just too tight.
Rapid Weight Loss?
First thing you need to do is to increase your water intake. Sounds silly. Drink water, you’ll retain water. Not so. Water in the morning will help you kick start your metbolism. It’s good for you and will help you loose wait. Next, grab some fruit, some granola and if you really need the sweet taste some raw honey. After breakfast, if you’re still hungry, hit the raw veggies – peppers, carrots and tomatos. If you’re feeling wild and crazy, get a small amount of salmon for protein. Healthy eating is the best trigger for weight loss.
Time your supper so that you’re not eating too close or too far away from your normal bedtime. Five hours ahead of is a good measure. It will give you time for your dinner to digest properly. Remember, though, to keep away from those evening snaks.
Go for a walk. You don’t need to walk a long distance, just start off with a 20 minute walk or so. Build up slowly in 5 or 10 minute increments until you’re walking an hour a day.
Dump the junk. Eliminate junk and fast foods from your diet. Yes, they’re convenient, but you’re piling on friend and salty foods when you just don’t need them. Replace soda pop, even diet pop, with water. Sound silly? just look in the mirror. If you’ve been doing this for a few weeks, that cocktail dress will simply slide over your hips and you’re on your way to being queen of the class reunion. And, if you aren’t, you’re at least a few pounds lighter.
